Fees and Registration

Registration deadline: On March 31, 2025.

Abstract deadline: On February 21, 2025.

In case of cancellation, the following fees will apply: Up to 30 days before the symposium: 20% fee per person. From 29 to 15 days: 30% fee per person. From 14 days to 0 days: no refund will be possible. The sales terms regarding cancellations are available upon request.
